ACOUSTIC GUARD MACHINES

JSK acoustic guard machines have proved very successful with our customers who have commended us on the robust design of the machine and the optional quick change tooling facility, has considerably improved job changeover times.

Our acoustic guard machines are designed to incorporate a door aperture of 900mm x 400mm to accommodate for the largest of components and a sliding top plate of 500mm x 500mm. These machines have opening front and rear doors, with safety interlocks, to allow full access. The guard sides and top are lined with thick acoustic foam that helps to reduce the noise levels that may occur during the welding process.

Machines can also be fitted with a ‘quick change’ tooling facility that allows multiple set-ups and dramatically reduces job change over times. Tooling/ Nest/ and fixtures are mounted on doweled/ guided base plates that once initially set, facilitate change over times of less than 2 minutes.

The touch screen interface control panels give the facility to weld in time or in position using a linear encoder accurate to 0.04mm. Options to weld in power or energy modes are also available. The standard control has multi recipe storage facility, a standard library capacity of 20 recipes of welding parameters, with alpha numeric product identification.
