JSK acoustic guard machines are designed with a door aperture of 900mm x 400mm to accommodate the largest of components and incorporate a sliding table top plate of 500mm x 500mm.

These machines have opening front and rear doors with safety interlocks to allow ease of access. The guard sides and top are lined with thick acoustic foam, which helps to reduce the noise levels that may occur during the welding process.

Machines may also be fitted with a quick change tooling facility, which allows multiple set-ups and dramatically reduces job change over times. Nest/fixtures are also mounted on quick change doweled base plates.

Machine Control
HMI control panels facilitate the option to weld in time or in position using a linear encoder accurate to 0.04mm, also options to weld in power or energy modes are available. The control has a multi recipe storage facility, standard capacity of 20 recipes of welding parameters, with product identification as an option.
