With the efficiency and fast response times of Infra-red emitters JSK have integrated these heating systems into various types of vacuum press machines, coupled with our experience in PLC machine control systems we have produced machines that are efficient and versatile as the power output of each heating element can be individually controlled by the machine PLC.

As each machine is built to customers requirements the number and position of each element can be designed to maximize the machine capability to individual components weather the component is flat or has multiple contours. These machines range from small bench mounted systems to free standing power driven systems measuring 2200mm x 2900mm.
