JSK have specially developed a machine to enhance there 40 / 35 Khz range of ultrasonic equipment. This machine is built around a 25mm bearing guided cylinder in a stroke range of 50-100mm.The specification includes the ability to weld in time and energy modes as well as position using a linear encoder, this machine can be matched with Ultrasonic generators ranging from 400- 800Watt in output power.

All the machine parameters are stored and accessed via the HMI screen which can store 20 recipes; this allows the easy change over from welding one product to another. The main benefit with this machine is the ability to weld delicate or small parts as the weld pressure and force is controlled by the smaller cylinder giving a finer control of the weld settings.
