JSK
Ultrasonics offer a wide range of products and services to
our customers. These include:
Standard and Special Purpose Machine Manufacture:
All JSK machines are designed and manufactured to suit our customer’s
specific requirements, regardless of how big or small the job may
be.
Sonotrode Manufacture:
The staff at JSK have been directly involved in the design and
manufacture of many sonotrodes ranging from 40kHz to 15kHZ in frequency. All
sonotrodes are manufactured from aircraft grade aluminium and titanium
alloys as well as special tool steel. To aid the manufacture process,
JSK utilizes the latest frequency analysers to optimise the efficiency
and frequency of each sonotrode. Before despatch to the customer,
each sonotrode is fitted to the appropriate machinery and trial
welds carried out.
Jigs and Fixtures:
All jigs and fixtures are manufactured at JSK’s factory in
Milton Keynes and can be machined to CAD data, pantographed to
finished components or to specific customer requirements. JSK can
manufacture jigs and fixtures for general assembly, as well as
for ultrasonic applications.
Product Design:
If you are unsure about the process, or are in need of any advice
concerning the product design, then JSK have the people who can
help. Whether it’s modifications to an existing component,
or advice on design, JSK have the technical expertise to assist.
Contract Welding Facilities:
JSK also offer a contract welding service that allows their customers
the option of having components welded without the financial commitment
of purchasing machinery. JSK’s contract welding services
are available for both higher and lower volume products.
Machine Services & Upgrades:
As well as JSK’s own range of new machinery, we also offer
our service and support to customers with systems supplied by competitors
and the recently liquidated Herfurth. Our wealth of experience
and knowledge on this range of machinery is second to none. Ongoing
service, spares, tooling and upgrades are now offered with the
full backing of the German manufacturers of the original Herfurth
generators.
