JSK VC130 S/D Vacuum Press

The JSK VC130 S/D takes vacuum pressing to the next level. It has two work surfaces which allow a second surface to be coated or veneered while the first surface is in the drying stage. This optimisation of loading and coating can double the production volumes when compared to single surface presses.

There are two sizes to choose between; 1300mm x 3000mm or 1300mm x 3500mm and both can coat and curve components up to 500mm in height.

The user friendly vacuum pump is highly efficient and includes an isolating servo-valve for each work surface. The heating system continuously circulates hot air and is resistance ventilated.

The ventilated resistance heating system with recirculation fan ensures efficient and even temperatures across the press membrane for optimal process control.
