JSK VC75 Vacuum Press

The JSK VC75 is a double membrane press that allows for the easy coating or veneering of both sides of a panel or three sides of a shelf in one simple pressing operation.

The working surface of the JSK VC75 is an impressive 3700mm x 700mm and its versatile design allows for the veneering of panels and shaped sections up to 300mm in height.

The user friendly vacuum pump is highly efficient and includes a three-way valve for vacuum isolation. The heating system continuously circulates hot air and is resistance ventilated.

The ventilated resistance heating system with recirculation fan ensures efficient and even temperatures across the press membrane for optimal process control.
