JSK Ultrasonics is a privately owned & run business based in the UK since May 2000, providing Industry 4.0 automation solutions to our customer base in the automotive, medical, industrial, consumer and electronics business segments

Our bespoke automated or semi-automated equipment provides poka-yoke assembly, test & process validation of virtually any product, material or process

Applications cover ultrasonic welding, volume product assembly, heated vacuum lamination of structural, rigid & trim materials, packaging, filling/bottling & sealing (including hazardous materials), laser engraving and guided assembly systems

Our innovative team of engineers consult, design, manufacture, build & install process equipment and provide user training and an ongoing service & repair capability for JSK and existing customer equipment

As well as being experts in ultrasonic welding & process automation JSK have many years of experience in designing, manufacturing and integrating into our machines the specialist tooling & fixtures required to enable the process
